Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate (carrying the job title of 'Project Officer')

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in a community project funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club in various aspects of research and related activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hold a PhD in Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Linguistics or related discipline (for Postdoctoral Fellow) OR a Master's degree in these fields with minimum four years' post-qualification work experience (for Research Associate).
Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills.
Have high proficiency in Cantonese and English with good communication skills.
Show interest in working with young children.
Display self-motivation, independent work attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of responsibility.
Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to work independently and in teams.
Experience in data analysis, statistical analysis tools, and publication is a plus.

Contract — 8 months (August 2026 to March 31, 2027), renewable subject to good performance, funding availability, and mutual agreement.
