Duties & Responsibilities

Initiate and develop research projects independently.
Assist in conducting research projects and analyzing data.
Help write research grant proposals, project reports, and academic publications.
Assist in organizing academic meetings and activities.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders.

Hold a Doctoral degree (for Postdoctoral Fellow) or Master's degree with four years of post-qualification work experience in basic medicine (for Research Associate).
Demonstrate proven skills in animal experiments, western blot, qPCR, section staining, genotyping, and cell research.
Have a track record of publications and relevant study or work experience.
Possess excellent written English skills for journal and grant writing.
Demonstrate good management ability to organize academic activities.
Bioinformatics skills are advantageous but not required.
