Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate and develop research projects.
- Conduct research projects and assist in data analysis.
- Assist in writing research grant proposals, project reports, and academic publications.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or delegates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD in Nursing or health-related discipline (Postdoctoral Fellow) OR Master's degree with four years' post-qualification research experience (Research Associate).
- Demonstrate experience in developing research programmes, coordinating projects, and preparing manuscripts and grant proposals.
- Maintain a strong track record in quantitative/qualitative research and publications.
- Possess fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
