Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate (Data Analyst)

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement data analytics projects drawing from diverse sources.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT teams to identify data opportunities and drive decision-making.
Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends in student performance, faculty productivity, and alumni outcomes.
Prepare data visualisations and reports to communicate findings for internal use and presentations.
Maintain data privacy and security protocols in accordance with university policies.

PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline (for Postdoctoral Fellow) OR Master's degree with 4+ years relevant work experience (for Research Associate).
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong statistical skills and experience with data mining techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualisation software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with legal education and the legal profession is a plus.

Full-time contract for one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
