Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality independent and/or collaborative research in real estate and related fields.
- Produce research outputs suitable for publication in top-tier academic journals.
- Participate in the intellectual life of the School and contribute to its research culture.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD (by reporting duty) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong programming skills in STATA, SAS, Python, or R.
- Solid knowledge in econometrics, mathematical modeling, and calculus preferred.
- PhD candidates (ABD) with relevant research experience are welcome to apply.
Appointment
- Contract — one year, commencing as soon as possible or August 2026, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
