Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable international journals.
- Collaborate on research projects within the Faculty and participate in seminars, workshops, and grant applications.
- Develop and maintain academic networks to support research collaboration.
- Undertake research-related teaching support and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Education or Doctor of Education (DEd) degree from the Faculty, obtained within two years of the application deadline.
- At least three research articles published or accepted in the past three years, including two first-author papers in Q1/Q2 SSCI/SCIE journals.
- Clear potential for high-quality research and contributions to the Faculty's research profile.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Full-time, contract basis for one year commencing August 2026, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
