Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft research reports for publication in high-impact journals.
- Analyze, collect, and manage research data.
- Assist in writing external grant proposals.
- Support international and local research projects and collaborations.
- Handle research-related administrative and business tasks.
- Co-author manuscripts and present at aging conferences with the research team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Gerontology, Social Welfare, Social Policy, Public Health, or related social science discipline.
- Publication record in high-impact SSCI/SCIE journals.
- Strong quantitative research skills and advanced data analysis expertise (SEM, dyadic analysis, longitudinal analysis).
- Experience with secondary datasets (HRS, CHARLS, CLHLS) is highly preferred.
- Background or strong interest in aging research is preferred.
Appointment
- Contract — one year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
