Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research and development on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems and digital traffic platforms.
- Optimize UAV control, navigation, and task planning algorithms.
- Develop and optimize traffic prediction algorithms for macroscopic and microscopic modeling.
- Perform modeling, experimental work, and project demonstrations.
- Collect data, label images/videos, and manage databases (for Research Assistant level).
- Assist with field tests and data analysis (for Research Assistant level).
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or related field (for Postdoctoral Fellow).
- Master's degree in relevant disciplines with at least four years of experience in robotics, AI, or traffic modeling (for Research Associate).
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines (for Research Assistant).

Appointment
- Contract — up to two years, commencing March 2026, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
