Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach mechanical engineering subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise student projects and dissertations.
- Contribute to course design, curriculum development, and academic programme review.
- Implement interactive and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Engage in knowledge exchange and industry connections.
- Contribute to departmental administration and university services.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 12 years of tertiary-level teaching experience or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in high-quality teaching, pedagogy, and curriculum development.
- Proven track record in administrative leadership, knowledge exchange, and industry engagement.
- Extensive experience teaching Master's-level courses is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with experiential and project-based learning approaches, particularly in robotics or aerospace engineering.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
