Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead an award-winning team of social workers, educators, designers, and engineers on product development projects.
- Work with faculty and service-learning team to develop local and international service-learning projects for students.
- Provide strategic direction for product development, market analysis, performance evaluation, and industry partnerships.
- Collaborate with course instructors, NGOs, and public/private institutes to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Support students in participating in local and international competitions.
- Liaise with industries and professional bodies on service-learning initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong background in design engineering with interest in integrating technology into service-learning.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, educators, and social workers.
- Knowledge of sustainable development goals and humanitarian innovation.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and performance evaluation.
