Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director in administering the Centre and its projects.
- Oversee and manage the development and operation of the Centre and its projects.
- Provide guidance, direction, and motivation to staff members to ensure high-quality school support services.
- Design and implement quality teacher development activities while monitoring project effectiveness.
- Initiate research and development projects with secured funding.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a higher degree in education or a related discipline, preferably a doctoral degree.
- Have a minimum of ten years of full-time professional experience in education and/or school development work.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and professional insights to lead research and development projects.
- Demonstrate significant contributions to school improvement initiatives.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of local schooling systems.
- Maintain a robust network with government bodies, funders, and educational organizations.
Appointment
- Contract — up to two years commencing fall 2026, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
