Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide visionary direction and strategic leadership for the Centre for Applied English Studies.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the Centre's reputation locally and internationally.
- Lead a research-led academic unit committed to excellence in English language education and communication.
- Oversee credit-bearing courses, workshops, and consultation services for students' academic and professional development.
- Direct postgraduate programmes including Master of Arts degrees and PhD programs in applied linguistics and TESOL.
