# Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Centre for Applied English Studies.
- Enhance the Centre's reputation and standing both locally and internationally.
- Drive strategic initiatives and oversee research-led pedagogy in English language education.
- Lead the development and delivery of credit-bearing courses, workshops, and consultation services.
- Oversee postgraduate programmes including Master of Arts degrees and PhD programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a tenured academic appointment at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor.
- Demonstrate exceptional academic leadership capabilities.
- Possess expertise in English language education, applied linguistics, or professional communication.
