Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop significant independent research projects in cancer research.
- Participate in applications for external competitive research grants.
- Supervise postgraduate research students.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree with postdoctoral training or working experience in biomedical research or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in cancer research.
- Have a good track record of research and publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Possess a record of award of competitive research grants.
- Show strong motivation for a future independent career.
Appointment
- Contract — up to three years initially, potentially leading to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
