Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and develop curriculum for the Master of Science in Urban Forestry programme.
- Support students' learning and supervise capstone projects.
- Plan, implement, and review the MScUF programme.
- Conduct scholarly activities including research, consultancy, and industry collaboration.
- Maintain relationships with industry, commerce, and educational institutions.
- Assist in formulating learning strategies and curriculum in at least one specialized module.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised doctoral degree in Horticulture, Geography, Environmental Science, Botany, Ecology, Landscape Management, Urban Planning or related discipline.
- Have solid teaching experience at tertiary level.
- Demonstrate strong professional standing with industry networks and achievements in professional practice and applied research.
- Have a strong track record of research publications.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
- Meet one of the specified Putonghua language proficiency criteria.
