# Social Work Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge academic research addressing social problems.
- Develop and contribute to academic programme development.
- Assume high-level service and administrative responsibilities.
- Teach and mentor students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Contribute to the professional community through research, training, and consultation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a relevant doctoral degree.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of impactful research and tertiary teaching experience.
- Have a substantial publication record in international refereed journals.
- Show evidence of potential for securing research funding.
- Exhibit strong teaching abilities at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Appointment
- Full-time; Tenure-track position with fixed-term contract of 2-3 years; Tenured appointment expected within 6 years.
