Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge and impactful academic research and pursue external research grants.
- Supervise research postgraduate students and undergraduate honours projects.
- Contribute to excellence in teaching and learning.
- At Associate Professor or Professor rank: assume higher-level administrative responsibilities and mentor junior faculty members.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong publication record in high-impact international refereed journals.
- Preference given to candidates with industry experience in strategic communication.
- Expertise in stakeholder psychology, organisational agility, AI in PR/advertising, computational advertising, or data analytics.
- Local experience is highly valued.
Appointment
- Full-time — fixed-term contract for up to three years with possible reappointment subject to performance and mutual agreement; tenure possible for outstanding Associate Professor or Professor rank candidates.
