Duties & Responsibilities

Teach and supervise students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Contribute to curriculum, programme, and course development.
Support student activities and supervise postgraduate research.
Undertake academic programme management and administrative duties.
Conduct high-quality research in educational leadership, school management, and school development.

Possess an earned PhD in education or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrate ability to teach and conduct research in educational leadership, school management, and/or school development.
Have strong command of English and effective communication ability in Chinese.
Preference given to candidates with excellent teaching record, international professional experience, and strong research and management capabilities.
Preference given to candidates with proven track record of scholarly publications.
