Duties & Responsibilities

Teach and supervise students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Contribute to curriculum, programme, and course development.
Support student activities and supervise postgraduate research.
Manage academic programmes and perform related administrative duties.
Conduct high-quality research in educational leadership, school management, and school development.

Hold an earned PhD in education or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrate ability to teach and conduct research in educational leadership, school management, or school development.
Possess strong command of English and effective communication ability in Chinese.
Preference given to candidates with excellent teaching records and substantial professional experience with international exposure.
Preference given to candidates with strong research, administrative, management capabilities, and proven scholarly publications.
