Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and conduct research in surveying and dispute resolution within the Department of Law and Business.
- Support development and delivery of the new BSc (Hons) in Surveying and Dispute Resolution programme.
- Contribute expertise in law and alternative dispute resolution (including ODR), or management and digital technology applications in real estate and construction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant doctoral or master's qualification in real estate and construction.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in teaching and research.
- Be a professional member of HKIS or equivalent organisation (preferred).
- Possess expertise in law/ADR or management/digital technology relevant to Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area real estate and construction industries.
Appointment
- Contract-based; commencing September 2026 and renewable upon mutual agreement.
