Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement, and review strategies for continuous improvement of music technology programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Provide academic and management leadership in learning, teaching, and cross-disciplinary curriculum development.
Supervise student projects and oversee scholarly and applied research activities in music technology.
Promote programs, recruit students, and manage accreditation exercises with industry collaboration.
Foster a collaborative work culture and leverage industry networks for program enhancement.

Hold a recognized doctoral degree in Music, Music Technology, Music Studies, or related discipline.
Demonstrate substantial tertiary-level teaching experience with excellent academic and management leadership.
Possess strong music-related industrial networks and achievements in professional practice and applied research.
Show excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with cross-disciplinary research experience.
Have high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Meet one of four Putonghua language criteria specified in the job description.
