Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Music Technology and related programmes.
- Provide academic and management leadership in learning, teaching strategies, and cross-disciplinary curriculum development.
- Supervise student projects and foster scholarly and applied research activities in music technology.
- Build and maintain industry collaborations and support programme promotion and accreditation exercises.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Music, Music Technology, or related discipline with substantial tertiary-level teaching experience.
- Demonstrate excellent academic and management leadership with strong music-related industrial networks.
- Possess achievements in professional practice and applied research in music technology, preferably at national award level.
- Have proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) meeting specified language criteria.
- Experience in student internships, honours project supervision, funded project management, and use of technology for teaching and research is advantageous.
