Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the School's advanced clinical training and laboratory teaching programmes.
- Pursue new strategic directions for clinical education development.
- Teach, train, and develop curriculum in nursing.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence at national or regional level.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Registered Nurse qualification registrable with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Possess a doctoral degree in Nursing or a related discipline.
- Have substantial experience in teaching, training, and/or curriculum development.
- Demonstrate local recognition and evidence of national or regional clinical excellence.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract: 2–3 years, with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
- Fractional appointment may be considered.
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus annual leave and medical benefits.
- Contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement scheme (up to 15% of basic salary).
- Housing benefits provided as applicable.
