Duties & Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership in planning, development, and review of Department programmes.
Formulate learning and teaching strategies and develop curriculum modules in Automation, Robotics, IIoT, Data Analytics, and System Engineering.
Teach, supervise students, and deliver quality academic programmes.
Lead research activities, consultancy, and industry collaboration initiatives.
Maintain relationships with industry, commerce, and educational institutions to ensure programme relevance and excellence.

Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrate teaching experience at tertiary level and proven research and scholarly achievements.
Have professional practice experience in relevant fields.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Industry or professional body linkages are advantageous.
