Duties & Responsibilities

Lead teaching and curriculum development in journalism, AI filmmaking, or global creative industries.
Supervise students and conduct training at tertiary or professional level.
Contribute to research and development on AI and emerging technologies in media and communications.
Foster collaboration between academia and industry.

Master's degree or above in journalism, communication, or related fields.
At least 15 years of professional experience in journalism, film production, or media industries.
Minimum 5 years in senior management positions.
Minimum 5 years of teaching or professional training experience at tertiary level.
Proven exceptional contributions to the industry at national, regional, and international levels.
Expertise in one or more areas: AI in journalism, generative AI models, gaming, digital humanities, visual arts, music, or performing arts.

Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
