Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct translational research in collaboration with department faculty members.
Generate high-impact research papers and secure external research funding.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate level courses.
Perform administrative duties at departmental, faculty, and university levels.

Hold a doctoral degree.
Have substantial postdoctoral experience in oncology, biomedical research, surgical sciences, mechatronics engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrate strong research accomplishments in grants and publications.
Show active involvement in writing grant proposals and potential to become an independent researcher securing extramural funding.
Possess strong team spirit and responsibility.
Have capability to mentor postgraduate students and junior researchers.
Demonstrate excellent command of both Chinese and English.

Contract basis for up to three years initially, potentially leading to longer-term appointment or substantiation.
