Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, promote, and manage surveying, transport, logistics, housing, and built environment programmes.
Design and develop new programmes tailored to Putonghua speakers.
Handle day-to-day programme administration and enrolment activities.
Supervise teaching staff and coordinate with students and teachers.

Hold a master's degree directly relevant to housing, transport, or built environment.
Have 8 years of relevant work experience.
Possess excellent proficiency in English and Putonghua.
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and commitment to excellence.
Professional qualifications in relevant areas are strongly advantageous.
Prior experience teaching or managing programmes in the Greater Bay Area is advantageous.
Experience with GenAI tools is preferred.

Contract — 2 years with possibility of renewal; salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; contract-end gratuity payable upon satisfactory completion; medical and dental benefits, 18 days' annual leave, and library access provided; staff development opportunities available.
