Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the Master of Science in Digital Tourism and Hospitality Management programme and lead the teaching team.
Develop learning and teaching strategies and lead cross-disciplinary curriculum development.
Recruit students, manage accreditation exercises, and teach capstone applied business projects.
Maintain industry and educational partnerships to ensure programme relevance and excellence.
Conduct research, consultancy, and scholarly activities to promote the institute and programme.

Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field.
Demonstrate substantial teaching experience at tertiary level and excellent academic and management leadership.
Show achievement in cross-disciplinary research and scholarly activities with accreditation experience.
Have high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua (meeting one of four specified criteria).
Possess strong teaching experience in at least one specialised area listed (e.g., AI in Tourism, Digital Marketing, Revenue Management).
