Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the Master of Science in Digital Tourism and Hospitality Management programme and lead the teaching team.
Develop learning and teaching strategies and cross-disciplinary curriculum in consultation with stakeholders.
Recruit students and manage accreditation exercises for the programme.
Teach courses and supervise capstone applied business projects and student work.
Conduct research, consultancy, and industry collaboration to maintain programme relevance and excellence.
Maintain close contacts with industry, commerce, and educational institutions for partnership development.

Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related field.
Demonstrate substantial teaching experience at tertiary level with expertise in at least one specified digital tourism/hospitality subject area.
Possess excellent academic and management leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Have achievement in cross-disciplinary research and scholarly activities.
Demonstrate experience in accreditation exercises.
Meet one criterion for Putonghua proficiency (native speaker, Putonghua-medium education, three years' work experience in relevant region, or recognised qualification).
Maintain high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
