Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the College's student matters and academic services.
  • Provide secretarial support to committees.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from students.
  • Coordinate course registration and assist in budget planning.
  • Compile statistical reports and support system development.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University degree with at least seven years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably supervisory experience in tertiary education sector.
  • Background in programme administration and/or registry services preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with good team spirit.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and proficiency in computer applications.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract ending in August 2027.
