Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the College's teaching-related matters and serve as a core supervisory staff member in the Academic Registry Services Section.
  • Take charge of manpower planning, timetabling, graduation, and examinations.
  • Provide secretarial support to committees and liaise with teaching staff.
  • Assist in budget planning, system development, and compile statistical reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree with at least seven years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferably have supervisory experience in the tertiary education sector.
  • Possess experience in programme administration and/or registry services.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be self-motivated with good knowledge of programme management and proficiency in computer applications.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract ending in August 2027; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
