Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and promotional support for academic taught and research programs.
- Manage social media platforms including WeChat, REDNote, Zhihu, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Assist in organizing events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and campus visits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Person in Charge of the Division.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- Have strong written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Possess knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Be creative, highly independent, motivated, and demonstrate high ownership.
- Preference given to those with knowledge of tertiary education in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
