Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating the Social Innovation and Global Citizenship Internship Video Competition and related student experiential learning programmes.
Promote the Competition through social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Create promotional materials and liaise with potential trainers.
Organise mentoring sessions and manage online communication platforms for student engagement.
Collect video submissions, support the judging process, and assist with the awards ceremony.
Gather feedback and contribute to project evaluation and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Education, or a related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in project coordination, event management, or student support roles is preferred.

Full-time, one-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
