Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support management, maintenance, and development of campus facilities and infrastructure.
  • Process facilities requests, maintain records, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate venue bookings, room arrangements, and logistics for College events and activities.
  • Liaise with internal units, contractors, and service providers on facilities and maintenance matters.
  • Assist with procurement and administration of facilities-related services, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain inventories, asset records, and documentation for College facilities and equipment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned; irregular hours including weekends may be required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education or above.
  • Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects, including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Effective command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive work attitude with commitment to teamwork.
  • Must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates confirming qualifications.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
