Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for committees, meetings, and events.
- Serve as a point of contact for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate clerical and logistical support to facilitate college operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors, including work outside normal office hours occasionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed secondary education or above with specified language qualifications in Chinese and English.
- Fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office.
- Effective command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset and proactive work attitude.
Appointment
- Contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
