Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for College events, student development programmes and meetings, including planning, logistics, venue booking, and vendor liaison.
  • Handle administrative and operational processes via University systems, including procurement, payments, webform development, and data management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of programmes.
  • Handle student enquiries professionally and support equipment maintenance.
  • Work weekends and outside normal office hours as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skills.
  • At least 1 year's work experience in administrative or event support.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, IT applications, and graphic design.
  • Competence in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity; renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
