Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk services, administrative, and operational support to the Office.
- Co-ordinate a small team of clerical staff to provide front-desk services.
- Handle enquiries and complaints from clients and visitors.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects, including Chinese and English.
- Fast and accurate word-processing skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of both English and Chinese languages.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with SAP system or CMMS is an advantage.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial appointment with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
