Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide front-desk services, administrative, and operational support to the Office.
  • Co-ordinate a small team of clerical staff to provide front-desk services.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from clients and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects, including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate word-processing skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese languages.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP system or CMMS is an advantage.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial appointment with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
