Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing project-related events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Provide clerical support including correspondence, invoicing, payments, and document filing.
  • Help with administrative work and prepare project reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including work beyond normal office hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Complete secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE subjects (including Chinese and English) or equivalent HKDSE results.
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification work experience, preferably in accounting, administration, or project coordination.
  • Fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, mature attitude with strong work ethics and ability to work independently.
  • Event administration experience is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 1 year initial appointment, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement, commencing as soon as possible.
