Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing project-related events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Provide clerical support including correspondence, invoicing, payments, and document filing.
- Help with administrative work and prepare project reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including work beyond normal office hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE subjects (including Chinese and English) or equivalent HKDSE results.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification work experience, preferably in accounting, administration, or project coordination.
- Fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, mature attitude with strong work ethics and ability to work independently.
- Event administration experience is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 1 year initial appointment, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement, commencing as soon as possible.
