Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in executing the "Smart teens actions project – ASCEND tech for good scheme" focused on nurturing entrepreneurs for smart cities.
Monitor implementation plans and daily operations of youth-led teams to ensure achievement of pledged goals.
Coordinate preparation of periodic operation and financial reports for the Trust, including payment disbursement and reimbursement claims.
Provide support and coordinate tailored training for the teams.
Prepare and coordinate marketing and communication materials for online and offline promotion.
Assist in organizing study and exchange tours outside Hong Kong.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Interim Director or delegates.

Hold a master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Design, Marketing, or Event Management, or a good honours degree with three or more years of incubation work experience.
Have experience in financial and operational management of social projects and/or startups.
Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders including non-profits, youth, volunteers, and IT specialists.
Be able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
