Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader with curriculum development and workflow improvement.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Support development of new teaching programmes and profiles.
Serve as a communication point between students, faculty, and external partners.
Contribute to annual strategic planning for academic development.
Organize logistics and coordination for programme events.
Promote the programme through social media, newsletters, and marketing channels.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the project leader.

Hold a master's degree in Design or a good honours degree with three+ years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe CS.
Display strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Be a good team player capable of independent work.
Preferably have design software familiarity and knowledge of web content management tools.
