Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in executing the "Smart teens actions project – ASCEND tech for good scheme" focused on nurturing entrepreneurs for smart cities.
Monitor implementation plans of youth-led teams and track their daily operations to ensure smooth achievement of pledged goals.
Coordinate preparation of periodic operational and financial reports for the Trust, including payment disbursement and reimbursement documentation.
Provide support and coordinate tailored training for the teams.
Prepare and coordinate marketing and communication materials for online and offline promotion and stakeholder engagement.
Assist in organizing study and exchange tours outside Hong Kong.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Interim Director.

Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Design, Marketing or Event Management, or good honours degree with three or more years of incubation work experience.
Experience in financial and operational management of social projects and/or startups.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with non-profit organisations, service users, youth, volunteers, and IT specialists.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
