Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader with "Learning through providing eye care and vision health to the community" project.
Coordinate outbound student activities and provide administrative and logistics support.
Assist in community engagement initiatives and handle enquiries from staff, students, and external parties.
May be required to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and travel to mainland China and overseas.

Hold a master's degree or good honours degree with three or more years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Possess proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Display strong interpersonal, communication, task management, and teamwork skills with a positive learning attitude.
Be self-motivated, well-organised, detail-minded, and capable of multitasking.
