Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in coordinating a community-based mental health support research programme.
Liaise with healthcare practitioners, staff members and non-governmental organisations on project development and implementation.
Develop and implement data collection instruments for both quantitative and qualitative research.
Conduct literature reviews, focus group interviews and workforce health-related activities.
Assist in data entry, analysis and management of project data.
Prepare manuscripts, progress reports and final project reports.

Master's degree in Social Science, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health or related discipline (or honours degree with 3+ years relevant work experience).
Experience in project management and clinical data management.
Understanding of project execution in an educational setting.
Competence in administrative work, report writing and statistics reporting.
Knowledge of research skills and ethics.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
