Project Associate / Project Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct impact studies on teaching interventions including literature review, study design, data collection, analysis, and writing findings.
Collect and compile examples of innovations and good practices in learning, teaching, and assessment.
Support production of dissemination materials including texts, infographics, videos, and websites.
Liaise with relevant parties and organize dissemination and promotion activities and events.
Manage project logistics and administrative work, including drafting reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or project leader.

Project Associate: Master's degree or good honours degree (preferably in English, Education, or related discipline) plus three or more years of research/relevant work experience.
Project Assistant: Honours degree or equivalent qualification in the above disciplines.
Both posts: Experience conducting educational research and evaluation studies, preferably in higher education.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis using software such as SPSS, MaxQDA, and NVivo.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Good IT skills including proficiency in office applications and online publishing software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated attitude with ability to work independently.
