Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with consolidating, revising, and controlling budgets for the office.
  • Handle project payments and manage accounts.
  • Maintain project budgets and prepare periodic financial statements.
  • Liaise with the Finance Office on accounting matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant post-qualification work experience.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese word-processing.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
