Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate corporate projects for undergraduate students and provide executive support to faculty and departments.
  • Support academic affairs related to corporate projects and assist students with study planning and progress tracking.
  • Plan and organize school events, activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop secondary school networks locally and internationally and strengthen connections with career masters.
  • Collaborate on admission and marketing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns.
  • Perform liaison work with internal university units, secondary schools, and business partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in event planning and management.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good IT proficiency including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
