Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of postgraduate programme needs and serve as liaison between programmes, students, and the Office.
  • Plan and organize student-focused events including orientation, workshops, networking events, enrichment programmes, and sporting events.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with programmes and maintain ongoing relationships for current and upcoming events.
  • Monitor student participation and maintain records to support reporting and programme evaluation.
  • Handle various projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned; work flexible hours including weekends and business travel as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Good Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in event coordination or project management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; experience with sporting events or strong interest in sports is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; start date as soon as possible.
