Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between the School and corporations across Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area, and worldwide.
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure partnerships for student internships and recruitment programmes in Chinese Mainland.
  • Partner with colleagues on events planning, marketing, and communication initiatives.
  • Negotiate and formalize MOUs, sponsorships, and collaborative agreements aligned with the School's priorities.
  • Represent the School at industry events, conferences, and corporate meetings to foster relationships.
  • Track graduate employment outcomes and refine corporate engagement strategies in the Chinese Mainland market.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years' post-qualification executive and professional experience in business development, client management, or recruitment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua.
  • Knowledge of career management and Chinese Mainland market dynamics is advantageous.
  • Background in regional business development, sales, or recruitment is strongly preferred.

Appointment

  • Full-time; 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance; commencement as soon as possible.
