Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end event execution including procurement, vendor engagement, logistics and on-site operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive event materials such as rundowns, floor plans, guest lists and operational documents.
  • Serve as primary liaison with faculties, departments and external partners.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, troubleshoot issues and maintain brand standards.
  • Support development and maintenance of event documentation, procedures and databases.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution required.
  • At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in event organisation or public relations.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Diligent, responsible work attitude with high professionalism and candid spirit.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
