Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for organizing university events including ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, lectures, banquets, and social functions.
  • Develop, maintain, and update database systems, websites, and online platforms.
  • Manage team inventory and oversee storage arrangements.
  • Support the production of publicity and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate service bookings and liaise with internal units and external service providers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Diligent and responsible work attitude with high professionalism.
  • Experience in communications, event management, or public relations is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
