Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process accounting, tender, procurement, and travel expense documents while ensuring compliance with University guidelines.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management for special projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to provide procurement and administrative support.
  • Reconcile and compile financial data and reports for management review.
  • Maintain administrative routines and filing systems within the team.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, including potential overtime work beyond normal office hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience.
  • High computer literacy, including MS Office Suite proficiency.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work as a good team member with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Contract — 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; contract-end gratuity provided for 2-year contract)
