Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide support for postgraduate student admissions, records, assessment, and documentation.
  • Compile statistics and coordinate activities and events.
  • Provide support for IT systems.
  • Perform new initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and collaborative work style with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good analytical ability and strong computer skills.
  • At least 2 years' administrative work experience preferred; prior programme administration experience advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2 years, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement, with contract-end gratuity.
