Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and support project-related administrative functions.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and collaborators.
- Monitor project progress through process tracking and documentation.
- Conduct fieldwork outside the office as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Health, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification work experience in project management and administration.
- Experience in budget monitoring and tracking (procurement, quotations, etc.).
- Experience in event coordination.
- Experience in publicity, marketing, and promotion work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Prior experience in academic matters and research-related processes is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
